Do you want to give data mining and data tracking companies a taste of their own medicine?  Here's one small way you can.

Just make a separate page on your webiste such as this one, and post a list of email addresses to the companies that are in the SPAM and data tracking business.  I also suggest you camouglage the list against the page background to prevent people who don't know what they are doing from sending mail or ugly grams to those addresses.  Then when the data mining spiders and bots come scarfing, they will pick up those addresses and put them on SPAM lists.

Here is a website that provides an updated list of abusive spammers.  You can also usually use the standard website protocol department prefixes such as 'webmaster, postmaster, abuse, fraud, spam' ...and add those prefixes to the website domain name of companies that are in the SPAM and/or data tracking business.  You can also find the domain address of any company that deploys a data tracking cookie into your computer by opening the cookies on your computer in .text, and add the standard website protocol dept. prefixes to the domain name of the cookies, such as:  If a cookie came from realdumbtracker.com then you could use an email address such as postmaster@realdumbtracker.com.

Many of the datamining companies hide behind all sorts of spam filtering firewalls, but some will get through to allot of data miners.

Here is a website with good and comprehensive resources to fight SPAM:

ATTENTION:  If you find the hidden email addresses on this page, DO NOT send email to the addresses or you will almost certainly be deluged with junk email if you do, and the nefarious data mining industry uses a number of other nefarious practices as well.  These addresses sit here ONLY for the purpose of their own industry's data mining spiders and spambots to pick up the addresses and put them on  SPAM  lists ...for a taste of their own industry's medicine.

(The email addrsses are camouflaged against the background to help prevent someone from mistakenly using them to initiate email to).
